Circular vehicle 75 to 100 yards in diameter and approximately 14 feet high, with dark gray stationary top and bottom sections 5-6 feet high and ~3-foot middle section appearing as rapidly moving component producing continuous blur similar to aeroplane propeller around full circumference; emitted high-pitched whining noise; rose vertically to clear ~50-foot tarpaulin enclosure wall then moved slowly horizontally out of view; tractor engine stalled during both occurrences
