🛸 UAP flag: flying_disc — FBI Norfolk teletype reporting sighting by Mrs. G.H. Stockton and son-in-law Hugh Jennings of a flying disc over Ocean View, Virginia. The object was described as football-shaped, moving in a southerly direction at constant altitude of approximately 2,000 feet, turning end over end in the air. Rate of speed comparable to Cub plane. Object visible for approximately five minutes against overcast sky. Jennings does not believe it was a disc but possibly a loose meteorological balloon.
